Please read carefully before booking: 📅 48-Hour Cancellation Window If you cancel, no-show, or reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours before your scheduled time, your downpayment will be kept and you will need to pay a new downpayment to rebook. 🔒 Dreadlock Installs & Extension Installs These services require a significant amount of time reserved just for you. Your downpayment secures that specific day. Rescheduling Rules: You must reschedule within 1 week of making your appointment. If you try to reschedule after the 1-week window, the downpayment is forfeited and a new downpayment is required. You are allowed one reschedule only, as long as it follows the timing rules above. Any additional reschedules — even if done in advance — will require a new downpayment. ⛔ No Exceptions Downpayments are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.
